Growth through Exploration
Looking for love in all the wrong places and sick of online dating? Drinking a little too much or obsessing over food to cope? Noticing strangers looking at you and your partner as you walk down the street because you're interracial? If you answered 'yes' to any of these questions, you're in the right place!
You're probably here because you want to reconnect with yourself and stop relying on Starbucks to get through the day because your anxiety is giving you insomnia. It's time to kick shame in the butt and take a joyride with self-compassion!
Professional psychotherapy can help when you feel sick and tired of being stressed-out, tearful, and irritated. I’m a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist in the greater San Gabriel Valley area. I’m here to support you on your journey toward growth and self-discovery.

“There is no greater agony than bearing an untold story inside you.”

MODALTIES
KEEP GROWING

INDIVIDUAL THERAPY
Nourish Your Roots
Individual psychotherapy is a wonderful opportunity to take care of yourself. You might be looking for "the one," or wondering if you're in the right career. Maybe you're mourning to loss of a loved one or a marriage. Many individuals I work with are managing mood disorders (e.g., major depression or bipolar), anxiety disorders (e.g., GAD, OCD), or substance abuse (e.g. alcohol dependence). There are healthy ways to feel better, and you don't have to do it alone.
COUPLE THERAPY
Grow Side-By-Side
Are you having the same fight over and over? Or have you grown apart? Perhaps you are dealing with aftermath of an affair or infidelity. It can feel so painful- and lonely- when you and your partner have a disconnect. I can teach you ways to reduce stress, build trust, and deal with conflict. You might also gain a deeper understanding of yourselves and why you are so good at pushing each others buttons, so to speak.
